Production Time

Most pieces are made to order. Production time varies by product and personalization type — basic items typically ship within 3 business days, while fully personalized ("Made for Me") pieces can take up to 7 business days. Exact production time is shown on each product page.

Delivery Options

Depending on your location, you may choose between:

• Doorstep delivery — delivered directly to your address, typically within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Hub pickup — collect from a nearby logistics hub, typically ready 3–5 days after your order is picked up from us.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery zone and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Coverage

We currently ship within Nigeria and to select international destinations. If your location isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll confirm whether delivery is possible and the applicable fee.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, our shipping fees cover standard delivery but do not include customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
